Was called out to this property, because interior spotting was noticed on the ceiling. We performed a complete inspection. Didn’t see enough evidence to file a claim, but did see that the chimney flashing was installed incorrectly. It caused enough leaking that you could see an area that was caved in from rotted wood. Repair was recommended and completed.
