  • Emergency roofing service requests are included
  • Plan is transferable with NO interruption, upon a move
  • Discounts from preferred business partners, including REALTOR FEES
  • PA services provided if needed
  • Each inspection includes a free roof report with photos that show weather related damage and general condition of the property
  • Thorough inspection of your roof and property every 6 months with routine roof maintenance and gutter cleaning if needed
  • Free upgrade from 3 tab shingle to 30 year laminated shingle if applicable with 3 year plan
